Kirkistown - Clubmans 5th September 2009

Click on the image to view the final round of this years Clubmans racing from Kirkistown Race Circuit. If you require any of these images just drop me an email to info@wildpixel.co.uk and I will send you the original. I have around 400 shots from the day so get in touch if your photo isn't in the gallery.

David Haire is one to watch this season. Very Impressive, very fast and very down to earth. Family run team sitting in the top 3 against factory machines! One to watch this season.

So with the 2009 season just round the corner it was time to dust off the lenses and get back out to the trackside. Next week will see the guys out for a testing at Bishopscourt and today (1st March) seen the newcomers out for a Training day. It was good to see John Colling (pictured below) out after his big off at the end of last season. More shots can be found at www.irishbikeracing.com (Forum photo subscription area).

October 18th- 19th Bishopscourt Sunflower Trophy Races. This weekend seen Alistair Kirk from the Martrain Racing team pick up the double (600 Cup and 600 Supersport Championship). All ISB riders came out in force to compete with the big guns of the BSB which made for a great end to the 2008 season. The weather didn't let us down either as it rained at the start, middle and end of the season. Saturdays practice give the photographers the best opportunity to capture the BSB riders in the best light, some of these shots can be found in the gallery. View Gallery

ISB Rounds

If we could get better weather and some local press on the upcoming meetings I think the ISB would be a great championship. Its hard to get the number over the gate at some of these meetings and this is better racing than you would get to see on the TV and all for £10-£15 for a day!! The next big meeting is the Sunflower Trophy Races at Bishopscourt which is over 2 days (18th and 19th October), if you have never been upclose to track get down and watch these guys.
